Kempton Park

On Boxing Day I donned my fascinator, paused, threw out a question on Facebook as to whether I should indeed be “donning” a hat for the boxing day races at Kempton Park, debated for a while and then decided not to. Thank the Lord, the Boxing Day races at Kempton Park are not the place to wear a hat but are so much fun even without one! If I had wore one I would have been mortified!

Whilst Bradley and I spent a tidy sum betting with only one horse coming in, we had a great time and I am looking forward to next year already. Mid plastic cup full of wine I thought it would make a great place for a corporate event or wedding…

Kempton Park is located in Sunbury on Thames, very close to Kempton Park mainline station, just 44 minutes from London’s Waterloo.

Kempton Park has a handful of function spaces that could be used to host dinners, receptions, conferences or even award ceremonies for up to 750 people reception or 650 seated. You can find the room capacities here.
