There is a certain preservative in some red wines that when I have a glass or 3, I just can’t sleep. Today is one of those days where I have been up since 3.00 am, tossing and turning before I decided to just bloody well get up and make the most of it! So, before I head to the gym after my 3rd cup of coffee I thought I would throw out a bit of Thursday motivation to get me and anyone else who needs it well, motivated!
