I am obsessed with New York and any of its exports (especially the Milk Duds I can get at the corner shop) so, when a friend passed on an invitation for the launch of its newest export, Hotel Chantelle, I was excited.
Hotel Chantelle (not a hotel but a restaurant/late night venue) is situated just off Oxford Street, by Selfridges and on top of the newest celeb hangout The Bonbonniere Club.
The launch was just last week where Executive Chef Seth Levine flew over to introduce his restaurant and his food (think American fun meets Fancy France) my favourite of which was the Waffle-Crusted Fried Chicken With Maple Syrup Cotton Candy
If your thinking in terms of corporate events, the two venues combined have the capacity to hold up to 380 and I will definitely be taking the husband back to the restaurant. They offer late night dining until 3.00 am on Thursdays to Saturdays and I think its going to be THE place to go.
