The ability to communicate clearly and effectively is vital in our career as an Event Professionals. Across the course of our day, we have so many opportunities to be clear in our communication and getting it wrong can, I feel, significantly impact how your attendees feel about your event and our ability.
Misspellings, grammatically incorrect text, emails to clients using the wrong tense, I have seen it all and if we just take the time to slow down, take a minute and really think about not the “what” of what we are saying but the “how” it can really help.
