So I have started #cycle2 #90daysssplan

Its day 3, I worked until midnight last night and had to get up at 5.00 am this morning to make food but you know what? I DID IT. I have my little bag packed with breakfast, lunch, dinner, supplements and a carefully measured out 25 grams of Macadamia nuts and I feel great.

 

 

I loved #cycle1. I really did (read my post here). It was effortless once you got going, I saw a change in my shape and was down a few kilo – however day 3 on #cycle2 and I feel like a bloated whale. I am sure it will subside, @thebodycoach said to “trust him” so, I will keep going with the plan for the remainder of the 30 days on this cycle and see how I go.

So far, I have had pasta with chicken for breakfast for the first two days with shepherd’s pie for lunch and fish for dinner (with more potatoes).  Today is a rest day and am still going on my breakfast that I started eating 3 hours ago.  The portions are huge but hopefully I will get used to them.
As per my last post, if you are thinking of giving it a go as an event manager (or anyone really), do it. I don’t regret it at all.  I feel amazing, healthy, focused and in charge. I’ll post again mid-cycle.
